Ceramica Flaminia returns to Cersaie, taking place in Bologna from 21 to 25 September 2026, reaffirming the vision that has distinguished the Civita Castellana-based company for more than seventy years and established it as a key player in the transformation of the bathroom from a purely functional environment into a true space for design.
Once again, the story of the stand is shaped by art director Giulio Cappellini, who has conceived an immersive journey capable of interpreting the brand’s language and values: design culture, industrial innovation and research applied to ceramics.
After paying tribute, in previous editions, to some of the most iconic places in contemporary architecture, for Cersaie 2026 the stand draws inspiration from the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech. The famous Moroccan residence of Yves Saint Laurent, designed in the early 1930s by French artist Jacques Majorelle, becomes the reference for a setting defined by light-coloured flooring, clad with Ceramica Sant’Agostino’s Invictus Cross Beige collection, reflecting pools, exotic vegetation and the unmistakable Majorelle blue.
Nature, colour and architecture thus come together to create an evocative setting, conceived as the ideal backdrop for presenting the new collections and the latest developments in Flaminia’s offering.
Among the main new products making their debut is Hellas, the first collaboration with Jangir Maddadi, a designer of Kurdish origin whose professional career developed in Sweden. The washbasin offers a contemporary reinterpretation of classical architectural language: arches, columns and plinths are translated into a refined three-dimensional design that sculpts the ceramic surface and enhances its material quality. Available in a range of finishes, Hellas introduces a balanced dialogue between heritage
and contemporary design into the bathroom environment.
The new Royal family, designed by Giulio Cappellini, is a collection of washbasins and sanitaryware distinguished by generous proportions and substantial thicknesses, inspired by the monumental architecture of the early twentieth century. Soft, enveloping forms are combined with a strong sculptural presence, further enhanced by the introduction of two new glossy shades, Ossido and Melanzana. Rich, sophisticated and deep colours that expand Flaminia’s colour palette, which has always been one of the brand’s distinctive features.
Another highlight of the stand is the return of Hasu, the washbasin collection designed by Giulio Iacchetti, presented in all its configurations, from countertop models to freestanding versions. Inspired by the shape of the lotus flower, Hasu is also available in the natural shades Miele, Castagno and Tundra, as well as in the other colours of the Flaminia palette. The option of combining basin and pedestal in two different colours multiplies the possibilities for composition and customisation, highlighting the relationship between colour, material and architecture.
Alongside the new ceramic products, Simplice also makes its debut: a new storage furniture system characterised by clean lines and fronts with integrated recessed handles.
The collection is available in a wide range of finishes, from glossy and matt lacquers to wood-effect surfaces. The variety of modules and configurations offers a high degree of compositional freedom, allowing the system to complement the brand’s different collections.
The Twin washbasin range is also expanded with the introduction of Twin Box, a practical cylindrical storage unit with a door and internal shelf. Designed exclusively for the 42cm Twin Set Slim washbasins, the vanity unit is available in wood finishes and matt lacquer with a fluted texture.
The stand unfolds through a sequence of full-scale bathroom environments, conceived as design inspirations for architects, interior designers and visitors. The spaces feature some of the brand’s most representative collections, including Bonola, Madre, Link, App and Play, alongside the Norma and Falala washbasins, App Tub and Oval bathtubs, CM3 shower trays, mirrors and Flaminia accessories.
Each setting explores a different chromatic harmony, ranging from softer tones to more intense shades, while the lamps and ceramic vases from the Flaminia Home line punctuate the communal areas as genuine furnishing elements, completing the exhibition concept and reinforcing the dialogue between function and decoration.
With its participation in Cersaie 2026, Ceramica Flaminia once again confirms its ability to combine formal research and manufacturing quality through an international vision. Each collection thus becomes part of a narrative in which design, architecture and material intersect, shaping a new idea of living and enhancing the experience of spaces
dedicated to wellbeing.
